The topic of my speech today is "The Fragrance of Books Accompanying My Growth".
Books are an ocean of wisdom, containing human hope. Now I still vaguely remember when I was young, because my family members were very busy, my father had to work, my sister had to go to school, and my mother had to go out. When I was young, I often stayed at home alone, bored and flipped through the house to see what was fun. Once, I took a book from my sister's bookshelf and pretended to be able to read it. In fact, at that time, I only knew some words and couldn't understand their meaning. I just wanted to pass the time and put the book back in good condition before my sister came back. This is my first real encounter with a book, and there seems to be a faint and strange smell in my memory, but it is not annoying.
